Our topic for the April 15th meeting is “Backyard Habitats, Urban Coyotes and Monitoring” presented by Dr. Michael Kohl. Dr. Kohl is an Assistant Professor of Wildlife Management & Wildlife and UGA Extension Specialist. Over his career he has published over 20 journal articles and book chapters focusing on topics ranging from game bird management and predator-prey relationships to large mammal conservation and diversity and inclusion efforts. He grew up on the Ft. Peck Sioux and Assiniboine Reservation of rural northeastern Montana. If you would like to join us for dinner, please come at 6:30 and bring a dish to share.
