We thoroughly enjoyed listening to Lee May at our April 21, 2014 meeting. Lee shared his thoughts on “Gardening South, Gardening North: adventures had, lessons learned from years of gardening in both regions.” Lee has written two books, Gardening Life, a collection of essays, and a memoir, In My Father’s Garden. He has also corresponded for the PBS television program The Victory Garden, and written for a number of magazines, including Southern Accents, Attache, Better Homes and Gardens, and Country Gardens.
